July Newsletter

I hope you have all been enjoying the wonderful summer weather. The Saturday series of events have now finished and were most successful. Saturday events will recommence in September. We shall now be open only on occasional Saturdays through the summer, but will generally continue to be open on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays whenever possible. If the sign in the window says ‘OPEN’ please do call in. The Chh’imèd Rig’dzin Rinpoche Library has a good range of books on Buddhism and you are welcome to relax at Aro Ling reading. Ngakma Nor’dzin is available to talk about meditation, practising in ordinary life and to lead guided practice.

It is time for our yogic encampment in the lush green vale near Church Stretton.

Part of the encampment.
A group of us will gather for a week to practice yogic song, meditation, dance, Tantric craft, Tibetan yoga and much more.

This is always a splendid and most inspiring event.

Aro Ling Cardiff will be closed for that week: Saturday 28th June to Sunday 6th July. There will not be a meditation group on the 1st July, so the next one is 8th July.

The next newsletter will be in August when we announce the new courses and events for September. Look out for Tibetan Yoga, dance, teachings on romance as practice and much more.
